Multi channel asynchronous messages

Async messaging is usually limited to single channel. Emails are replied as emails - email has only one sender address. Same with sms, replies are sms too. But phone allows one to make a voice call too. There is a need to provide multiple sender addresses - one to sms, another to call, yet another to email etc. This will help us with letting users call in response to sms with senderid i.e. choose the right channel.

Sms's should be allowed to show menu items and they should have actions as prefix messages and reply address for each menu item. So a sms could be - "get 10% off on dinner <book a table>bkg <home deliver>hmdlvry <call addr=xxxxx>" with xml tags to show menu items and attribute addr showing the number to call.
